New 2007 Ford Five Hundred
Ford covers the mid-size segment for 2007 with two models: the smaller Fusion and the Five Hundred. The Five Hundred may appear large, but is actually very similar in size to the Toyota Avalon, the Buick Lucerne, and the Hyundai Azera. The Five Hundred bests the competition by offering the most trunk space at 21.2 cubic feet. It also offers the unique combination of a fold-flat front passenger seat with a 60/40 split-folding rear seat, which allows an impressive eight feet of linear storage space. The Five Hundred also achieves some of the best efficiency in the segment at 21 mpg city and 29 mpg highway.
